By using the services of Every Good Work, Inc. ("Company"), you ("Seller") agree to the following terms. These terms, together with the Legal Compliance policy at everygoodwork.io/legal, constitute the complete agreement between you and the Company.
1. Service Description
The Company provides content storage and delivery infrastructure. Sellers prepay credits for storage. Billing is calculated exclusively on storage volume and delivery events. The Company does not participate in, receive proceeds from, or set pricing for transactions between sellers and buyers. Payments from buyers flow directly to the seller's wallet through a third-party payment facilitator. The Company has no access to, custody of, or control over any seller wallet, private keys, or payment proceeds at any time.
2. Content Attestation
At account creation and at each content upload, you certify under penalty of perjury that:
(a) You are the owner of the content or are authorized by the owner to distribute it.
(b) The content does not contain any material prohibited under the Legal Compliance policy, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate images, content facilitating sex trafficking, or material violating U.S. sanctions.
(c) You are not a person, entity, or resident of a jurisdiction subject to sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
3. Copyright and Repeat Infringement
The Company respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. Takedown and counter-notification procedures are described in the Legal Compliance policy. The Company will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of sellers who are repeat infringers of copyright.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Every Good Work, Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from content you upload, any breach of these terms, or any third-party claim that your content infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.
5. Termination and No Refunds
The Company may disable access to content or terminate your account for any violation of these terms or the Legal Compliance policy. No refund of prepaid storage credits will be issued for content that is disabled, removed, or terminated — whether by DMCA takedown, law enforcement action, or policy violation. Content disabled by DMCA takedown remains in storage, and storage charges continue, pending resolution through the counter-notification process. Account termination for criminal violations (including CSAM and sex trafficking) is immediate and permanent.
